                           Summary of the social and family issues


This is a summary of the social and family issues, including some of the issues, such as domestic violence, child abuse, and elder abuse.

Domestic violence is a kind of abuse. It usually involves a spouse or partner, it can also be a child, elderly relative, or another family member. This includes physical violence that can lead to injuries such as bruises or broken bones, threats of physical or sexual violence. Also, there is emotional abuse that may lead to depression, anxiety, social isolation. Furthermore, there is economic abuse, which involves controlling access to money, which causes fear for safety.

Child abuse is doing something or failing to do something that results in harm to a child or puts a child at risk of harm. It can be physical, sexual or emotional, neglect, or not providing for a child's needs, is also a form of abuse. Most abused children suffer more emotional hurts than physical damage.so, an abused child might become depressed, think of suicide, or become violent. Further, an older child may use drugs, or alcohol, and try to run away or abuse others.

Even older people are not immune from victims of elder abuse, It usually by a caregiver. It can happen within the family, or nursing homes. This can be physical, sexual, or emotional abuse neglect or abandonment, financial abuse, stealing of money or belongings. Possible signs of elder abuse include unexplained bruises, burns, and injuries. There may also be bed sores, poor hygiene, and depressed.
